This retreat is not a clinical intervention or a substitute for psychiatric care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. You must not discontinue any prescribed medication without prior consultation with your healthcare provider.
Due to the nature of psychedelic experiences, we do not accept participants with a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder type I, schizophrenia, or recent suicidal ideation. If you are unsure, we encourage you to speak confidentially with us before applying.
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any point prior to the retreat. A non-refundable deposit will be required upon confirmation. Final payment details and cancellation policy will be sent upon acceptance.
This retreat includes a professionally guided experience with psilocybin-containing mushrooms, conducted in alignment with Portugal’s legal framework, where personal possession and use are decriminalized.
In accordance with Portuguese law, you are personally responsible for obtaining the psilocybin truffles for your own use. While we do not supply, sell, or distribute any controlled substances, reliable guidance on sourcing from legal and reputable third-party vendors will be provided prior to the retreat.
We hold a sacred, private space for all participants. You agree to uphold confidentiality and mutual respect for other attendees. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Reservation and Prepayment
1. A non-refundable prepayment of €500 is required to secure a place.
2. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the prepayment.
3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 January 2026 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Refundable Prepayment
The prepayment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation by the Participant
1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
2. If cancellation occurs after full payment and at least 90 days before the retreat, the Organiser will refund the balance minus the non-refundable prepayment.
3. No refunds for cancellations 30 days or fewer before the retreat, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Cancellation by the Organiser
1. The Organiser may cancel in the event of force majeure or insufficient participant numbers.
2. In such cases, Participants may choose between a full refund or transferring the booking to a future retreat.
3.The Organiser is not responsible for travel or other personal expenses.
Following the discovery call, links to the Health and Risk Assessment Questionnaire and payment will be provided. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of both the completed questionnaire and prepayment, and our subsequent acceptance.
